| Summer Professional Development Institute
Each summer Landmark School Outreach offers a series of seminars, graduate
courses and nationally recognized speakers on language-based learning
disabilities. Teachers, administrators, and clinicians can choose from a
wide selection of course offerings to learn practical teaching strategies that
are readily applicable to any teaching environment. Seminars and courses
are led by experienced Landmark faculty who share strategies, ideas, insights,
and teaching materials with participants. Many of these facutly members have
extensive experience both as teachers of students with language-based learning
disabilities and as presenters at regional and national conferences.
The Institute is held at the Landmark School's High School Campus
in Prides Crossing (Beverly), Massachusetts.
Professional Development for Schools

and program design and consulting. Focused on essential topics that
support teachers' efforts to help all students learn, Outreach programs are
research-based, interactive, and practical.

LOOP's practical strategies seminars present topical research and Landmark
School's teaching practices. Instructors model language-based teaching
strategies and guide participants to develop lesson plans for their own
classrooms.
