This article from the Harvard Graduate School for Education features a summary of ongoing brain research dedicated to improving early identification of a predisposition for dyslexia. This early identification can help set up interventions before children enter kindergarten as opposed to waiting until children fail to make progress. The article highlights research done by Nadine Gaab and project BOLD (Boston Longitudinal Dyslexia Study), as well as research done at the Gabrieli Laboratory at MIT.
