This workshop introduces practical, student-friendly executive function strategies for elementary classrooms. Participants will explore EF research, engage in hands-on activities, and learn how to embed study skills—such as organization, planning, metacognition, and goal setting—into daily instruction. Teachers will leave with ready-to-use strategies that foster independence, improve follow-through, and help young learners become more strategic thinkers.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:

- Generate meaningful activities that integrate curriculum and study skills
- Explore various ways to adapt and micro-unit various skills to meet the needs of your students
- Discuss and reflect on effective methods for teaching EF and study skills within elementary settings
- Recognize the importance of teaching study skills
