1 Day Workshops
During this 1-day workshop teachers will spend time discussing key contributors to the feeling of burnout, as unique to their own situations. Participants will also dive into myths and realities around the idea of “multitasking” while further discussing work habits that detract from optimal performance and focus. Additionally, participants will explore different styles of workflow so that they may find the style that best suits both their individual preferences and work demands. Lastly, participants will practice strategies that will help them increase work-life balance so they can be more efficient, while also savoring unproductive moments to recharge.

Erin has been working at Landmark High School since 2010 teaching geometry, one-to-one tutorials, and yoga classes. She has also been an academic advisor since 2015, helping students and faculty navigate life’s obligations while also maintaining their mental health. Erin earned two bachelor’s degrees from Syracuse University: one in retail management and the other in marketing. She also received her master’s degree in moderate special needs from Simmons University. Prior to her start at Landmark, Erin earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification at Kripalu in Stockbridge, MA.
